We provide the following key services:
Scanning:
The Photo Restorers take all the hassle out of digitising your old photographs. Get your memories scanned in 4 easy steps.
Bring in your pictures / negatives or slides.
We scan them in at very high resolution (1200 dpi) and do a quick clean up of minor dust and scratch marks.
We upload your scans in tif and jpg format to a private online gallery where you can download them or can send them directly to you.
Before - Customers request - Crop into the car, cropping as many people out and cropping the mark on the right out. (Medium image)
After - We made the car the main focus and cropped out the people and the mark. (Medium image)
Photo Restoration:
The Photo Restorers sensitively restore, repair and enhance your old photographs. Here’s how it works:
Send your pictures / negatives or slides
We scan them in at very high resolution (1200 dpi) and work on restoring / enhancing your photos.**
We upload your photos in tif and jpg format to a private online gallery where you can download them or email them to you
Before - Dust marks, creases, tears, faded colour. (Complex image)
After - Removed dust marks, creases, tears and updated black and white. (Complex image)
Package Deals:
Package deals include scanning, restoration and one 4” x 6” print (this can be upgraded to a bigger print please state your desired size). Each photo restoration job is different – some photos only require slight colour adjustments and minor clean up. Other photos require more complicated repairs and restoration and take more time. Therefore we must assess your photos before giving you a quote. The Photo Restorers use three levels of restoration:
Simple - £15

Medium - £20
Scanning | Cropping | Dust and spot removal | Colour adjustments | Image sharpening | Minor scratch repairs | 1 x 4” x 6” print

Restoration Prices:
Each photo restoration job is different – some photos only require slight colour adjustments and minor clean up. Other photos require more complicated repairs and restoration and take more time. Therefore we must asses your photos before giving you a quote. The Photo Restorers use three levels of restoration:
